Fitness has never come easy to me. I was never naturally lean or athletically gifted, and have always struggled with weight management. Throughout the past 12+ years spent on my own journey I've encountered plenty of fitness gimmicks, conflicting information, and a lot of learning from trial and error.
Through this experience stems my empathy for those who find themselves stuck in a similar state of frustration, and compassion for those who are fed up and unwilling to continue feeling dissatisfied with their quality of life.
My approach to fitness is transparent and grounded through strong fundamentals. You will get strong, you will focus, and you will discover your own personal drive when you train with me. You will become competent with lifting weights and learn how to train and eat for your goals, and you will accomplish feats that you never thought you were capable of achieving.
